Because your future deserves better than a boring lecture — and so does your Thursday night.

Let's be honest: "estate planning" doesn't exactly scream party. But what if we told you that you could sip incredible wine, snack on gorgeous appetizers and amuse-bouches, watch the river drift by, and somehow also leave knowing more about wills, trusts, and protecting your family than you ever thought you'd want to?

No legal jargon marathon. No stiff suits reading off slides. Just good people, great food, excellent wine, and honest answers to the questions you've always wondered about (but never wanted to ask over a boring dinner).

Reserve Your Seat!

Bring a friend. Bring your questions. Bring your appetite. Leave with a plan (and maybe a favorite new Syrah).

I tell each of my clients that estate planning is not only what one does for their own peace of mind, but also – if not more importantly – for those we leave behind.

Let's meet where you are.

Tricia J. Daigle, J.D. M.A

I am a proud Idahoan. After completing my bachelor's degree in political science and international relations, I left the Treasure Valley to pursue a graduate degree and earned an M.A. in classical studies at St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland.

After graduate school, I was a founding member and faculty member of a charter high school dedicated to the study of technology and the classics. Another opportunity arose and I became an international baccalaureate faculty member at a college preparatory day school.

Afterwards, I spent nearly a decade traveling, working, and living overseas. I taught at universities in India and Eastern Europe. I then started my own business – an international trading cooperative – made up of manufacturers and markets in Central and Eastern Europe, the U.S., and Asia.

After my traveling adventures, I returned to Idaho to attend law school. During that time, I worked at the prosecuting attorney’s office in my hometown. I was a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association Street Law Clinic – a pro bono legal aid resource for people in the Treasure Valley. And I graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law with distinction for my pro bono work.

During law school I continued to teach at the university level and am a former chair of the College of Humanities and Sciences.

To have meaningful work is a blessing, and I have been truly fortunate in life. To be an advocate and a resource for others is an honor and a privilege. Elder and veteran advocacy, in particular, mean a great deal to me. I approach this area of practice in dealing with the whole family as a unit.I have first-hand experience in navigating through estate planning, end-of-life care, and the implications that has on the family as a whole. I have dedicated myself to help others who find themselves facing the same struggles. My goal is to be a resource for those dealing with some of life’s biggest decisions.
