“Service is the rent we pay for being. It is the very purpose of life, and not something you do in your spare time.”

- Marian Wright Edelman

Attorney, Activist, and Founder of the Children’s Defense Fund

I tell each of my clients that estate planning is not only what one does for their own peace of mind,

but also – if not more importantly – for those we leave behind.

Tricia J. Daigle, J.D. M.A.

Let's meet where you are.

I am a proud Idahoan. After completing my bachelor's degree in political science and international relations, I left the Treasure Valley to pursue a graduate degree and earned an M.A. in classical studies at St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland.

After graduate school, I was a founding member and faculty member of a charter high school dedicated to the study of technology and the classics. Another opportunity arose and I became an international baccalaureate faculty member at a college preparatory day school.

Afterwards, I spent nearly a decade traveling, working, and living overseas. I taught at universities in India and Eastern Europe. I then started my own business – an international trading cooperative – made up of manufacturers and markets in Central and Eastern Europe, the U.S., and Asia.

After my traveling adventures, I returned to Idaho to attend law school. During that time, I worked at the prosecuting attorney’s office in my hometown. I was a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association Street Law Clinic – a pro bono legal aid resource for people in the Treasure Valley. And I graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law with distinction for my pro bono work.

During law school I continued to teach at the university level and am a former chair of the College of Humanities and Sciences.

To have meaningful work is a blessing, and I have been truly fortunate in life. To be an advocate and a resource for others is an honor and a privilege. Elder and veteran advocacy, in particular, mean a great deal to me. I approach this area of practice in dealing with the whole family as a unit.I have first-hand experience in navigating through estate planning, end-of-life care, and the implications that has on the family as a whole. I have dedicated myself to help others who find themselves facing the same struggles. My goal is to be a resource for those dealing with some of life’s biggest decisions.
